Cupping therapy is an alternative medical practice that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. Cupping lifts muscles and stimulates blood flow, aiding in soft tissue relaxation and loosening adhesions. Its helps to drain toxins and waste products. Its can help to increase flexibility and mobility, allowing athletes to train longer and harder.

Cupping speeds up the recovery time after an intense workout, toxins accumulate in the muscles which may lead to soreness and cramps. Cupping increases the blood and lymphatic circulation which will flush away these toxic substances aiding the healing process. It also removes the inflammatory factors, alleviating inflammation and stiffness in the joints.

It can also be used just as a great relaxation treatment.

Cupping may cause temporary side effects such as bruising or skin irritation. It is important to be well hydrated prior to your cupping treatment. You also hydrate with water after your cupping treatment and avoid having a shower or bath for 24hours and avoid strenuous activities.
